Registration Category Definitions
Physician: MD, DO or MBBS
Professional: Social Workers (LCSW), Nurse Practitioner (APRN/NP), Physician Assistants (PA), Psychologists (PhD, PsyD), Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Crisis Counselors, Recovery Coach, etc.
Resident: resident in training (specialty does not matter) – proof of residency may be required by AAEP after registration is complete. If requested, a copy of your resident badge or a letter from the program director may suffice.
*Student: Defined as in school and not yet in a residency program. Please contact info@aaepsych.org prior to registering. You will need to submit documentation of your student status/obtain approval and AAEP will provide you a Discount Code for the Student registration rate.

Health and Safety Protocols
The American Association for Emergency Psychiatry is committed to hosting a safe event wherein all attendees and guests are both protected and comfortable. During the NUBE Conference, AAEP will follow the most recent venue, state and CDC recommendations regarding COVID-19 and all other health and safety protocols. Attendees are strongly encouraged to be up to date with their COVID-19 vaccinations. Attendees should not participate in the meeting if, at any point, they feel unwell or test positive for COVID-19 before or during the meeting. Regular updates on health and safety protocols will be communicated to all attendees before and during the meeting. By attending the meeting, participants agree to comply with all health and safety protocols.
Registration Refund Policy
All conference registration fee refund requests are required to be submitted in writing via email to info@aaepsych.org and include the registrants’ name(s) and contact information. Requests received on or before November 30, 2024 will receive a refund of the registration fee(s) paid, less a $50 processing fee. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the request and will be issued to the original payment method used during registration. No refunds will be issued for requests received on or after December 1, 2024 as AAEP will have incurred advance costs for your registration.
