PRESENTING & WELCOMING RECEPTION SUPPORTER – $ 7,950 – EXCLUSIVE

Elevate your brand as the premier conference and Welcoming Reception supporter. Receive special recognition before, during, and after the event via your company’s logo and link on all conference promotional emails, a pre-conference stand-alone email to the entire AAEP membership database, your logo on conference signage, listing on the mobile app, social media posts, opportunity to provide printed handouts to attendees in the registration area, a post-conference list of opted-in attendees, an exhibit table in a prime location and two complimentary conference registrations.

MONDAY BREAKFAST SUPPORTER – $2,950 – EXCLUSIVE

Kick-off the conference as the exclusive supporter of the first day breakfast. This supporter will receive a handout/promotional item placed at each seat at the lunch tables, recognition on signage, their logo on the conference website and promotional emails, acknowledgement on social media, the exclusive opportunity to address attendees for a five-minute welcome message, a post-conference registration list of opted-in attendees, an exhibit table in a prime location and one complimentary conference registration.

TUESDAY BREAKFAST SUPPORTER – $2,950 – EXCLUSIVE

Stand out as the exclusive supporter of the Tuesday Breakfast. This supporter will receive a handout/promotional item placed at each seat at the breakfast tables, recognition on signage, their logo on the conference website and promotional materials, acknowledgement on social media, the exclusive opportunity to address attendees for a five-minute welcome message, a post-conference registration list of opted-in attendees, an exhibit table in a prime location and one complimentary conference registration.

TUESDAY LUNCH SUPPORTER – $3,950 – EXCLUSIVE

Gain visibility for your products and services as the exclusive Tuesday Lunch supporter. This supporter will receive a handout/promotional item placed at each seat at the lunch tables, recognition on signage, their logo on the conference website and promotional emails, acknowledgement on social media, the exclusive opportunity to address attendees for a five-minute welcome message, a post-conference registration list of opted-in attendees, an exhibit table in a prime location and one complimentary conference registration.

COFFEE/BEVERAGE BREAK SUPPORTER – $2,050 – 4 EXCLUSIVE OPPORTUNITIES

Capture attendees’ attention as a Coffee/Beverage Break Supporter. Recognition will include your company’s logo on signage, the conference website, promotional emails and the mobile app. Four breaks are available: Monday morning, Monday afternoon, Tuesday morning and Tuesday afternoon.

CONFERENCE WIFI SUPPORTER – $2,450 – EXCLUSIVE

Gain visibility and keep attendees connected as the exclusive conference WiFi supporter. Your company name will be the custom WiFi access password and a QR code branded with your company’s information will be included on signage in the registration area.

CHARGING STATION SUPPORTER – $2,450 – EXCLUSIVE

Make an impact as the exclusive supporter of the conference Charging Station. Your logo will be prominently displayed in the charging station area.


Exhibiting Opportunities

Tabletop exhibit space includes your company’s listing as an exhibitor, one (1) 6′ skirted table, two (2) chairs and one (1) complimentary exhibitor personnel registration badge.

Non-Profit Organization Exhibitor
Above $3M in Annual Revenue – $950
$1 to $3M in Annual Revenue – $750
Below $3M in Annual Revenue – $550

Exhibit Dates/Hours

To ensure maximum traffic flow and visibility for exhibitors, exhibit tables will be placed in the conference meals, breaks, Welcome Reception and Poster Session area.

Exhibit Hours – Monday, December 9, 2024 – 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM. Tuesday, December 10, 2024 – 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.

Space is limited and is assigned on a first-come first-served basis. Full payment is due with your reservation. Reserve by September 15th to save 15%. Pricing increases 15% after September 15th. Reservations are due before November 23, 2024.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

All Exhibitor and Supporter representatives are required to register in advance for the conference.

Exhibitor Conference Registration

Each exhibit table purchase includes one (1) complimentary Primary Representative exhibitor badge for entrance into the exhibit area only.

Up to two (2) Additional Exhibitor Representative registration badges may be purchased for $550 each.

To register any additional exhibitor personnel, select “Exhibitors Only – Additional Representative” and make payment for additional representatives (limit 2).

Supporter Conference Registration

Some supporter packages include complimentary full conference registration(s) as listed in the descriptions here. To register your representative(s), please contact info@aaepsych.org to receive a Discount Code. Then click here to register your representative(s) using the Discount Code.

Supporter and exhibitor registrations includes access to all meals and breaks offered as part of the conference.

EXHIBITOR AREA /TABLE ASSIGNMENT

The exhibit tables will be placed in a high visibility/traffic flow area.

Upon arrival at the conference, please proceed to the Second Level of the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown.

Your exhibit table will be labeled with your company name.

EXHIBIT TABLE SPECIFICATION

Each exhibit table purchase includes the following:

  • One 6’ skirted table
  • Two chairs
  • One wastebasket
  • Any backdrop must fit behind the 6’ table
  • Electric is not offered in the exhibit table area
  • There are no lead retrieval systems included

Materials may not be received by the hotel any earlier than December 5, 2024. Exhibitors will be responsible for the hotel’s mandatory handling and storage fee of $25.00 per box/item. The hotel will invoice directly for these handling and storage fees.

EXHIBITOR & SUPPORTER GUIDELINES/INFORMATION

The purpose of the exhibits is to provide information to attendees through product and service displays related to the field of emergency psychiatry.

The Exhibit Area is a non-CME activity. All conference educational programming will take place separate from the exhibit area. No product advertisements or materials are permitted in the same room as the educational program.

Interviews, demonstrations and the distribution of literature or samples may be made only within the exhibit table are assigned to the exhibitor. Canvassing or distributing of advertising matter outside the exhibitor’s own table will not be permitted.
