This information is provided for presenters who have been invited to present a poster session.

The Poster Session at NUBE 2024 will take place:

Monday, December 9, 2024

5:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Sheraton Phoenix Downtown – Third Level – Phoenix Ballroom Foyer

Poster presenters are required to design, print and ship or bring their poster to the conference.

POSTER SIZE SPECIFICATIONS:

Paper type: Matte paper

Orientation: Horizontal

Grommets: None

Size: 30 high x 40 inches wide max

Mounting: Print your poster on matte paper as listed above. On-site, AAEP will provide the 30 x 40 foam boards, push pins and easels for displaying your poster.

PRINTING & SHIPPING

You may print your poster using any printer you prefer.

• IMPORTANT: Be sure to order the 30 x 40 horizontal size max on matte paper
• If you are shipping to your hotel, include the hotel shipping address and clearly list “HOLD FOR GUEST” with your guest name and a reference the AAEP NUBE Conference.
• If shipping to the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown, the hotel will only hold posters that arrive on or after December 5th. The shipping address for Sheraton Phoenix Downtown is 340 N. 3rd Street, Phoenix, AZ 85004.
• Poster presenters are required to pick-up/bring their poster to the poster session set-up.

SET-UP INFORMATION:

The posters will be displayed in the following location:

Third Level
Third Street Foyer

SET-UP TIME(S)

Poster boards will be numbered and will include the name of your poster. Upon arrival, please find your designated poster board and affix your poster (pins will be provided).

4:00 PM – 5:00 PM – Please note overnight security is not provided so do not leave any valuables with your poster.

Monday, December 9, 2024

Any time between 7:00AM-4:00 PM

All posters should be set up no later than 4:00 PM on Monday, December 9, 2024.

POSTER SESSION

Monday, December 9, 2024 – 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM

The Poster Session will take place during the Welcome Reception on Monday, December 9, 2024, from 5:00 PM-6:00 PM. At this time, at least one presenter should be available at the poster for questions.

AAEP will leave the posters up for the full conference. Please plan to remove your poster by 11:00 AM on Wednesday, December 11, 2024 or it will be discarded. The conference adjourns at 12:00 PM.
