We are looking for a full-time psychiatrist trained in trauma-informed care best practices who cares about and understands mental health crises.This is an exceptional opportunity to work as part of a multidisciplinary and well-staffed team in a state-of-the-art facility. Our physicians and staff specialize in psychiatry and practice a caring, respectful, and interactive approach with patients at all times in our 24-hour emergency center. Unity Center for Behavioral Health is a 100+ bed psychiatric hospital and 75-bed psychiatric emergency service that embodies the spirit of collaboration. Our team works together to address the mental health needs of the community, making a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients.The hospital is also a primary training site for the department’s residency training program, medical students, and other health profession trainees. This is a unique opportunity for a psychiatrist to treat, teach, and advance their academic interests while being part of a community that values continuous learning.
